On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with its own large bathroom. The master bedroom also has a very large roof terrace, with an exclusive outdoor bathroom (including sun beds) and spectacular views over the valleys.
You will also find on the first floor a beautiful double room with a bathroom ensuite. This bedroom has both access from the house and an extra separate entrance from the outside.

On the ground floor you will find 2 x a double room with two single beds each. These beds can also be created into double beds. One of these bedrooms has its luxurious bathroom ensuite and the other bedroom uses the large adjacent guest bathroom.

Furthermore you will find on the ground floor, the very large living room with, among other things, a lovely and cozy sitting pit, two of the three fireplaces and a piano. The living room leads into the enormous large dining room, which in turn is located in the beautiful traditional but brand new kitchen. The kitchen offers everything you want, including a 1 meter wide gas stove from Boretti with two ovens, a microwave, a wine cooler, a very large American fridge, an atmospheric filter water system, a fully equipped coffee, tea and fruit bar with all the desired machines such as a blender, juicer, kettle, toaster etcetera, in short a kitchen a la carte.

Adjacent to the kitchen and living room you will find a separate playroom including a pool table and a lovely cozy sitting area with again a fireplace. Here are the fun games and wonderful conversations.

From the kitchen you walk directly into the beautiful covered chill-out, or the terraces towards the large swimming pool. In the chill-out you will find very comfortable lounge sofas and a very large lounge bed. The chill-out also has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen including a BBQ. From the chill-out you look wonderful over the pool into the beautiful valleys.

In this casita you will find 2 x a double room with two single beds each. These beds can also be created into double beds. Between the two bedrooms is the bathroom, a beautiful kitchen and the living room. From the living room you have again the view over the pool and the valleys of Santa Gertrudis.
The guesthouse has its own roofed pergola, under which you can enjoy yourself in the shade, relax in the hammock or sit down at the cozy dining area. With this detached casita, which therefore accommodates 4 people
