– Living-dining-kitchen areas, bedrooms, lobby, and hallways have high-quality rectified porcelain flooring from Porcelanosa, like Bottega Caliza 60×60 or similar light color chosen by the Design Firm.
– Bathroom floors have Porcelanosa’s Rivoli 33×100 cm or similar porcelain tiles.
– Porches and outdoor circulation spaces have large format 60×60 rectified porcelain of premium quality like Foster by Inalco in light gray or similar.

VERTICAL WALLS
– Walls in living rooms, bedrooms, lobby, and hallways painted with matte plastic paint.
– Kitchen walls finished with the same material as the countertop in work areas.
– Bathrooms clad with Porcelanosa’s Rivoli 33×100 cm or similar porcelain tiles.

GARDEN AND TERRACES

– Supply and installation of exterior electrical outlets.

– Supply and installation of LED type lighting in outdoor areas.

– The garden will be delivered with a landscaping project designed by an expert.

POOL

– Overflowing pool as per project dimensions with a saline purification system.
