Comments:

-Brand new villa for 2023.

-No tourism license. More than 32 days stays. (price between :  18.500€ month in may and 46.000€ month in July – august plus  vat on top)

-Long term payments: 1 to 6 months stays: all before the checkin, 12 months stay: payment of 6 months rate stay before the checkin, rest+consumptions monthly.

-Standard confirmation: it is required a 50% in advance to confirm the booking and the other 50% three weeks before the check in.

-Deposit paid back at the end of the stay (cash, pre-authorization at check in or bank transfer 2 weeks prior to c-in): 3.000 €.

-It is not allowed to rent speakers from an outside supplier. The villa has its own speakers.

-Events are not permitted.

-Ecotax not included in the prices
