Typical Ibiza Finca, built in 1906, our house is located on a shaded plot of 11000m², populated with olive and pine trees.
The house, on 2 floors, includes 5 double bedrooms, 1 single, 4 bathrooms, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 laundry room, and 1 dining room.
The garden features a pergola/dining area, a chill-out space next to a Koi carp pond, and a 70m² pool with a sun terrace and bar. Duchess (our cat) is in charge of watching over the house.
Accommodation: We have preserve the authentic elements of a “finca Payes” while incorporating touches of modernity (Multi-Room Sound System, Fiber Wifi, Solar outdoor lighting, etc.), to make family or friends stays memorable. Four bedrooms are completely independent.
The 5th is accessible via the upstairs room. Three of them have an en-suite bathroom.
The gardens have been redesigned this year (2025).
